Addington is a landmark project located next to Waterloo International Station with 396 guestrooms and studio-suites arranged over 15 floors. It is a contemporary four star Business/Leisure Hotel which also has restaurant, leisure and business facilities.
The central atrium runs the full height of the building. A rich internal space providing an area around which all the peripheral spaces circulate. Light penetrates from the glass atrium roof, and the south facing double height glazed entrance screen. Externally, the north block reflects the neighbouring m Station with a homogenous glazed facade. Whereas the southern block, which faces the Grade II listed County Hall complex, is a sympathetic medley of interlocking stone facets, glass windows and balconies.
